Job Summary:

The Enterprise Solution Executive will be responsible for the overall success and management of a specified region while meeting and exceeding annual sales quota.  Primary focus will be delivering supply chain solutions to healthcare manufacturers and providers to deliver results with stated business, financial and customer objectives.



Responsibilities:

Principal duties and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall sales management and upselling of GHX solutions to new and existing accounts in assigned region to achieve annual sales quota. 
  • Prospect for new opportunities, uncover customer needs through discovery process and develop needs into ROI that solves business problems for clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies for selling GHX tools in the C-suite and V-level to ensure internal buy-in at the highest level.
  • Establish evergreen business plan by account; expand usage of products/services as required by Quarterly Business Review updates.
  • Partner with Product Management, Marketing, Customer Relations and other internal GHX departments to drive overall customer value and satisfaction.
  • Funnel management and progress against quota by ensuring pipeline is at a multiple revenue target level and forecasting accuracy is within an acceptable range as established by GHX guidelines. 
  • Maintain a fluent understanding of eHealthcare market trends, the healthcare supply chain, and competitive activities.
  • Track and report sales activities within CRM tool.

 



Minimum Qualifications:

Required Skills:

  • Ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Strategic mind set, high-level business acumen, analytical and strong negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to sell and deliver complex solutions to the C-suite and V-level
  • Pipeline and territory management
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, negotiation and closing skills with demonstrated success at building and sustaining customer relationships.
  • Ability to put together a deal or gauge escalation to proper level of management.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Consultative sales methods and solution selling skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite and CRM applications.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience selling enterprise management solutions. 
  • Demonstrated success managing major accounts and large contracts while meeting and exceeding annual sales quotas.
  • Have established territory and managed it successfully with minimal direction.
  • Self driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.
  • Proven effectiveness working in a collaborative environment.
  • Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

 

Preferred qualifications:

  • Healthcare systems, medical or software solutions sales.
  • Experience with various ERP systems.
  • Selling against competition.
